Chicago has always been close to my heart. Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to visit the city that I loved because of my sporting heroes – the Chicago Bulls. I finally got the opportunity a couple of years back and got a taste for The Windy City.
Bangkok – an eclectic medley of cultures, aromas and flavours. It’s a fascinating city, one that takes its history just as seriously as its future and where East and West collide and co-exist in a vibrant union of neon-lit streets and Buddhist temples.
So, I vowed to do a few more European city breaks this year and I have finally booked a couple of trips for the next month. One of the great advantages of living in the UK is the ease with which it’s possible to get around Europe.
